As part of the implementation process, a BG Cloud advisor will meet with you to identify the software package that is suitable for you, discuss applications that could assist with the processing of data, and manage the migration of data from your current package to the ‘cloud’.
We can then provide training if required, and ongoing support, including remote access to your accounting records enabling us to log in and assist with resolving live time data entry or reconciliation issues that you need help with.
